3D Merlion Twinkling Lollipop voucher/printed QR Code is not exchangeable for cash or kind. Choose from any flavors available at each outlet (Flavours are subject to availability)
For any vouchers/QR codes not redeemed by the expiry date, the vouchers/QR codes will be deemed expired, and their validity cannot be extended further.

Redeemed vouchers/QR Codes cannot be reissued and can only be redeemed once.
3D Ice Cream voucher/Merlion Twinkling Lollipop voucher/printed QR Code cannot be replaced in case of loss, damaged, or expired.

Guests entering Adventure Cove Waterpark should adhere to the below guideline for a safe and enjoyable experience:
Children under 122cm must be accompanied by a supervising companion.
Additional height and age restrictions apply at select attractions.
Appropriate swimwear is required for all attractions. Please ask one of our Lifeguards or Guest Service Team Members for more information.
Guests should ensure all valuables and loose articles are secured in lockers provided for a nominal fee.
Personal floatation devices are not permitted. Life jackets are available free of charge in the waterpark.
Guests should shower prior to entering any pool or experiencing any attractions.
Adventure Cove Waterpark reserves the right to request guests to stop photography or video recording. Any photography or video recording is for personal use only.

In the event of inclement weather, all outdoor attractions will be suspended temporarily for the safety of our Guests and Team Members.
Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted inside Adventure Cove Waterpark.
Bag checks will be conducted prior to entering Adventure Cove Waterpark.

No cancellations after bookings are confirmed

Cancellation Policy :

- Free cancellation , If cancel 3 days or more prior to departure date

- 50% total amount charge , If cancel less than 3 days prior to departure date

- 100% total amount charge , If cancel on tour date or no-show.

Amendment Policy :

- Amendment allow up to 1 day prior to departure.

- No amendment allow on departure date.

Refund Policy :

- Full Refund , In case the tour cancelled by the tour operator due to bad weather or any unexpected event.

- No refund , After commencement to travel either in full or in part will be given for untilized services included in the program.
