Dolphins Bay Phuket is one and only dolphinarium in Phuket!
It is a unique place where you can see the amazing creatures so close. Now you may get acquainted with them. Dolphins are the faithful friends of man. An old legend says that the souls of dead sailors become dolphins and rising from the depth they bring us all their unspent love and devotion.
Our amazing dolphins Ami, Alice, Maya,Casper and Grand as well as funny fur seals Masha and Ponchik open doors for you in the wonderful world of nature, beauty and harmony. You may justify how amazing are they, how they play with each other and with our coaches, how smart and intelligent are they and how funny.
Water on the planet is twice more than earth . This is mysterious and vulnerable huge underwater world. Approaching it in the Dolphinarium, we understand that the safety of the marine world depends on each human person. We just need to know more about sea inhabitants to understand our responsibility for them.
Dolphins Bay is also providing the close dolphin encounter during the Royal Swim and Diving interactions. As a part of our social activity we are going to start Dolphin Therapy in 2016.
We believe our perfomance is the best in Asiaand it proved with hundreds of thankful comments we are keeping to receive daily.
All our team done a great job during opening of Dolphins Bay in Phuket to meet all standards and requirements from Thailand Authorities. I would like to mention that our dolphins are captive born in Ukraine. They never expirienced a wild ocean and real hunting. They cannot be released into the wild sea as they dont have any ability to hunt and catch the fish. We are doing our best to let them live a bright positive life and bring us their love and happiness.

Seat Plan
Child Policy :
- Children are between the ages of 4 - 11 years.
- Children under 4 years of age are free of charge and share a seat with parents.
Operating Time:
- Open Friday Saturday and Sunday.
- The show times: 11:00, 14:00. The show duration is 45 minutes, gate opens 20 minutes before show time, the additional show will be announced in advance.

Area 2: Rawai, Naihaan, Phuket Town, Panwa, and Sirey (minimum 4 pax) THB200/pax (Join)
Area 3: Surin, Bangtao,and Laguna (minimum 4 paxs) THB300/pax (Join)
Private Area 4: Maikhao, Nai Yang, Nai Torn, Layan, and Ao Po THB1,800/private minibus
Remark : Join transfer will pick up other customers. So please be on time. It's will take 45-90 min. to reach the Dolphin Bay up to the hotel location.
How to use :
Present your voucher or confirmation email to ticket booth
The booking is specific date. Please select the date and time that you would like to attend the show.
Restriction :
Same day booking must be booked at least 4 hours before show time.
Cancellation Policy :
- Free cancellation , If cancel 3 days or more prior to departure date
- 50% total amount charge , If cancel less than 3 days prior to departure date
- 100% total amount charge , If cancel on tour date or no-show.
Amendment Policy :
- Amendment allow up to 1 day prior to departure.
- No amendment allow on departure date.
Refund Policy :
- Full Refund , In case the tour cancelled by the tour operator due to bad weather or any unexpected event.
- No refund , After commencement to travel either in full or in part will be given for untilized services included in the program.
