How to use voucher :

- Book and get confirm via your email.
- Wait the driver to pick up at your hotel lobby at advised time in voucher. (If the tour operator change pick up time , we will inform you by email or phone 1 day before tour)
- Present your voucher in mobile or printed to driver when pick you up.

Insurance :

• The company provides personal insurance covering all our guests for any unexpected accident that may happen during the excursion. A copy of all guest’s id or passport is needed for the confirmation.
• Swimming is allowed at guest own risk, hype provides life jackets on board but in case the guest doesn’t use them, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

Special consideration :

• The minimum age requirement for joining a trip with Hype Yacht is 6 years old.
• Each trip is different depending on the tide levels and weather conditions.
• The timing may change, depending on the destination, the tide levels and weather conditions.
• Our trips are not recommended for senior citizen over 70 years old, pregnant women. If something happens, it would not be hype luxury boat club’s responsibility.
• People who are suffering from any medical or physical disability, high blood pressure or heart condition is advised to consult their doctor before joining the excursion.
• Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 21 years old.
• Please do not take any unnecessary belonging or valuables during the trip as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
• Pets are not allowed on board.
• Food and beverages from outside are not allowed on board.

Danger and other risks :

• Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board.
• Jumping from the boat is prohibited.

Cancellation Policy :

- Free cancellation , If cancel 3 days or more prior to departure date
- 50% total amount charge , If cancel less than 3 days prior to departure date
- 100% total amount charge , If cancel on tour date or no-show.

Amendment Policy :

- Amendment allow up to 1 day prior to departure.
- No amendment allow on departure date.

Refund Policy :

- Full Refund , In case the tour cancelled by the tour operator due to bad weather or any unexpected event.
- No refund , After commencement to travel either in full or in part will be given for untilized services included in the program.
