Check-in

Passengers must check in at least 60 minutes prior to departure. Failure to check
in on time or in the case of missing the boat, the company reserves the right to no refunds.

Car parking service:

Passenger can park your car at our office in Laem Sok Trat, the service
fee is 50 THB/day/car only.

Lugguge policy :

Maximum 20KG luggage allowed per passenger, excess luggage will be charged at 20 THB
per KG and in total not exceeding 30 KG.

Water sports equipment will be subject to a fee of 300 THB for travel by boat. (Such as short
boards, longboards, skimboards, kneeboards, windsurfing boards etc.)

Bicycles will be subject to a fee of 500 THB (restricted to folding bicycles only) for transport
by boat only. The company does not transport any form of motorcycle.

Destinations and Routes cannot be changed.

• Smoking is not permitted in the cabins of our boats or on any of our buses.

• No-shows: Passengers must check in at least 60 minutes prior to departure. Failure to check
in on time or in the case of missing the boat, the company reserves the right to no refunds.

• Happy pets travel: Passengers can bring pets on boats by bringing one’s own standard cage.
Only one pet per cage is allowed or without cage, Passengers shall take care and tie chains or
leash ropes throughout the trip. Pets will be never released without a leash. Passengers are
responsible for any damage to other Passengers or their belongings caused by pets. Please
contact our office/pier staff for further instructions and procedures to be followed. (Passenger
can leave pets in the back of the boat area, make sure pets are stay in properly area, do not
bring pets into the air-conditioner area).

• All passengers are advised to book and travel at least 12 hours before their trip.

• The schedule is subject to change without any prior notice in accordance with weather
conditions for your safety. If we knows in advance the weather on the day you
would like to go on the boat, we will inform you as soon as possible. Passengers can cancel
the trip for a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for adverse unforeseen
weather conditions, involving rough seas and poor visibility.

Cancellation Policy :

- Free cancellation, If cancel 3 days or more prior to departure date

- 50% total amount charge, If cancel less than 3 days prior to departure date

- 100% total amount charge, If cancel on tour date or no-show.

Amendment Policy :

- Amendment allows up to 1 day prior to departure.

- No amendment allows on departure date.

Refund Policy :

- No refund, After commencement to travel either in full or in part, will be given for unutilized services included in the program.
