If you want to be closer to the dolphins, we suggest that you sit in the first or second row. But please be prepared to get wet! For your comfort, we provide rain ponchos free of charge.

Child Policy

‘Child’ refers to guests whose height is between 80 – 120 cm regardless of age. For guests’ height under 80 cm shall refer to ‘infant,’ which can enter the show free of charge under an adult’s supervision with no seats provided.

Where is Pattaya Dolphinarium located?

Please come at least 45 – 30 minutes before the show starts.

How to use :

Present your voucher or confirmation email to ticket booth at Dolphinarium

The booking is specific date. Please select the date and show time that you would like to attend the show.

Restriction :

Same day booking must be booked at least 4 hours before show time.

Dolphinarium Visiting Rules

When visiting the dolphinarium, please follow these simple rules. They are not only for your safety and comfort, but also for the animals’. We reserve the right to remove any violators from the dolphinarium and refuse admittance to the show without a reason.

Prohibited:

- Food 

- Touching or feeding the animals without the trainers’ permission

- Throwing toys, coins, and other objects into the dolphin enclosures

- Putting your hands in the water

- Smoking, drinking alcohol, or being intoxicated

- Weapons, chemicals, narcotic substances, strong smelling objects and liquids, and poisons

- Pets

- Unreasonably large bags and suitcases

- Flash photography

Cancellation Policy :

- Free cancellation , If cancel 3 days or more prior to departure date

- 50% total amount charge , If cancel less than 3 days prior to departure date

- 100% total amount charge , If cancel on tour date or no-show.

Amendment Policy :

- Amendment allow up to 1 day prior to departure.

- No amendment allow on departure date.

Refund Policy :

- Full Refund , In case the tour cancelled by the tour operator due to bad weather or any unexpected event.

- No refund , After commencement to travel either in full or in part will be given for untilized services included in the program.
