09.30           -  Meeting point at our office in Paklok

                    -  Transfer in our vehicles to the Tree Top Reception

                    -  Presentation & educational video about our work and elephant wellbeing

                    -  Meet and feed the elephants

                    -  Walk with the elephants, observe as they roam, bathe, play and socialise

                    -  Vegetarian/vegan Thai buffet with complimentary filtered water, coffee, tea, and soft drinks at our Tree Top Reception with time to rest, relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of our sanctuary

13:00              Return to our office in Paklok

Not only will your visit leave you inspired and informed, it also goes a long way to support our elephants and future rescues for the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, and to contribute to a more ethical elephant approach, elephant wellbeing and conservation in Thailand.

You can go to the meeting point at Phuket Elephant Sanctuary office by yourself at time 9:30 or 13:30.

How it work :

- Book and get voucher in your email.

- Then wait the tour opeator at advised time at your hotel lobby then show your voucher in mobile or printed to driver when pick up.

Tour Policy :

- The Morning Program is suitable for all ages

- The Afternoon Program is recommended for adults and children aged 8 years or older due to hot weather conditions

Transports & Conditions

- Transportation for pick up and drop off service provided by Phuket Elephant Sanctuary must be arranged at least 24 hours before program start

- Less than 24 hours system will allow to book only the program session and the visitor require to manage their own transportation.

Cancellation Policy :

- Free cancellation , If cancel 3 days or more prior to departure date

- 50% total amount charge , If cancel less than 3 days prior to departure date

- 100% total amount charge , If cancel on tour date or no-show.

Amendment Policy :

- Amendment allow up to 1 day prior to departure.

- No amendment allow on departure date.

Refund Policy :

- Full Refund , In case the tour cancelled by the tour operator due to bad weather or any unexpected event.

- No refund , After commencement to travel either in full or in part will be given for untilized services included in the program.
