-  Transfer by shuttle van from your hotel to Skyhawk Adventure .Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea ,croissant and jam ,fruits juice and fresh fruit.

-  You will be given equipment: full body harness, helmet and bag with bottle of fresh water

-  Instruct on how to safely participate in the activity and how to use the equipment for safety.

-  Zip line adventure through the rain forest and hidden waterfall and spectacular scenery with many challenging stations .Explore the speed on cable lines connected to huge trees in the rainforest with bird eye view of forest, sea view and hidden waterfall.

-  Transfer by shuttle van back to your hotel

What to bring/to wear :

- Wear comfortable shoes. No flip flop allowed. Sandals with strap are allowed.
- Wear light clothing on the trip
- Please leave your valuable belongings at your hotel , we will not take responsibility for any lost or damage.
- Take a deep breath while you are flying through the air and do not forget to keep snapping pictures from the bird’s eye perspective

Trip Regulation :

- In order to use the zip line the participants should be in good physical health and free of any limitations that could affect their safe use of the equipment.

- The trip is not allowed for person with more than 120 kgs. , pregnant women , child under 6 year old and people with surgical history less than 6 months or with hypertension , asthma , infectious diseases.

- Available for adults and children between 6 – 60 year olds and age of 6-12 years old under parents or adults’ close supervision.

How it work : 

- Book and get confirmation via your email.

- Wait the driver to pick up at your hotel lobby at advised time in voucher. (If the tour operator change pick up time , we will inform you by email or phone 1 day before tour)

- Present your voucher in mobile or printed to driver when pick you up.

Cancellation Policy :

- Free cancellation , If cancel 3 days or more prior to departure date

- 50% total amount charge , If cancel less than 3 days prior to departure date

- 100% total amount charge , If cancel on tour date or no-show.

Amendment Policy :

- Amendment allow up to 1 day prior to departure.

- No amendment allow on departure date.

Refund Policy :

- Full Refund , In case the tour cancelled by the tour operator due to bad weather or any unexpected event.

- No refund , After commencement to travel either in full or in part will be given for untilized services included in the program.
