Central Group, provides a free shuttle van service to connect Central Patong to Central Phuket and vice versa exclusively for shoppers. The free shuttle van operates daily from 11.00 am – 9.30 pm, at frequencies between 30 minutes to 1 hour. Central Patong located opposite Jungceylon near Bangla road.

How it work : 

 - Present your voucher in mobile or printed along with your passport or ID card to ticket booth.

- The voucher is valid only on the date specified.

Restriction :

- Book at least 2 hours before redeeming tickets

- Silver Glider and Adventure Cruise. The two special attractions have some conditions that are not suitable for children and those whose height is below 140 cm., persons with disability or have some health conditions, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, or expectant mothers. Fees for the two attractions are therefore not included in the admission ticket for the guests’ best benefits.

Cancellation Policy :

- Free cancellation , If cancel 3 days or more prior to departure date

- 50% total amount charge , If cancel less than 3 days prior to departure date

- 100% total amount charge , If cancel on tour date or no-show.

Amendment Policy :

- Amendment allow up to 1 day prior to departure.

- No amendment allow on departure date.

Refund Policy :

- Full Refund , In case the tour cancelled by the tour operator due to bad weather or any unexpected event.

- No refund , After commencement to travel either in full or in part will be given for untilized services included in the program.
